In Nigeria and Uganda, Root to Rise is supporting preparation for and rollout of lenacapavir (LEN) across key domains including planning, policy, service delivery, coordination, and community engagement. Our work has enabled governments to translate complex clinical and policy guidance into actionable national protocols, coordinated implementation plans, and frontline provider and community readiness. As a result, both countries have launched LEN with greater speed, coordination, and system support, reducing the risk of delays that often accompany new product introduction.
