Turning implementation science into coordinated action
Root to Rise is connecting implementation science, policy, and practice to ensure emerging HIV prevention evidence informs real-time decisions about product introduction and scale-up.
With support from the Gates Foundation, Root to Rise is helping translate emerging HIV prevention evidence into practical action. We convene a new Implementation Science group that brings together Ministries of Health, researchers, donors, and industry partners to turn evidence from PrEP implementation studies into scalable approaches for product introduction. Root to Rise is also developing strategic materials to support decision-making around next-generation prevention products. Together, this work is helping ensure that new HIV prevention products are not only developed, but positioned for equitable and effective use.
