Ashley Greve is a global health supply chain specialist with over ten years of experience strengthening medical logistics systems across Africa, Eastern Europe, and the U.S. defense health sector. As a Supply Chain and Planning Technical Officer at Root to Rise, she strengthens the planning and risk management practices that keep lifesaving health commodities flowing, even when systems are under strain.

She previously served as a Defense Medical Logistics Analyst, supporting medical supply chain risk management policy and strategy. Before that, as Senior Supply Chain and Commodities Specialist for USAID in Ukraine, she managed a $17 million HIV and TB medicines procurement portfolio through wartime disruptions and oversaw implementation of the SAFEMed project supporting pharmaceutical transparency and regulatory maturity. She began her career at Chemonics International, providing technical assistance across Africa on health logistics, including projects introducing unmanned aerial systems for medical delivery and remote temperature monitoring for health commodities.

She holds a Master's degree in international administration from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
