Daniel Kiesa is a supply chain strategist with over 17 years of experience, including more than a decade advancing global health product access through USAID and its partners. He brings deep expertise in market shaping, procurement strategy, and last-mile delivery for lifesaving medicines.

As the former planning and strategy lead at GHSC-PSM, Daniel managed the global rollout of key HIV and tuberculosis prevention products—including Tenofovir/Lamivudine/Dolutegravir (TLD), isoniazid/rifapentine (3HP), and most recently, injectable cabotegravir for PrEP. He has led product launches that delivered millions of monthly doses in record time, working across global suppliers, country systems, and donor platforms to accelerate impact.
