Manasi is a senior international development professional with over 16 years of experience designing and strengthening programs across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and the Caucasus. Most recently, she served as the Technical Director for Asia & Europe at Mercy Corps, where she led regional support for program management, safeguarding, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), and gender and inclusion across 11 countries.

Her work spans economic development, public health, humanitarian response, gender equality and inclusion, and food security, with extensive experience partnering with U.S. government agencies, the EU, the UK, and a range of private donors and corporations. She brings a strong track record in identifying opportunities for strategic growth, multi-sector integration, and scalable, evidence-driven programming. As a senior leader, Manasi has guided global teams through complex environments to deliver high-impact, sustainable results. She holds an MPH from New York Medical College and a BS in Biology & Political Science from the University of Portland.
